This Privacy Notice covers the collection, processing and retention of all personal data via third party cloud platforms

Due to the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation, the new privacy law that’s effective in the UK from 25th May 2018, we would like to provide you with more details about how we collect, process and retain your personal information.

Your personal data is collected only for the purposes of the particular activity/programme you are due to attend e.g. workshop/coaching session etc. We will not pass your data onto any unrelated third party without your consent.

We adhere to Data Minimisation principles and therefore only request data that is directly required for the effective delivery of the specific activity/programme that you are due to attend. This may include your name, email address, IP address, personal preferences, and personal comments or opinions.

How we collect and use your personal information
We collect this data via a third-party cloud-based platforms such as NorthPass, Survey Monkey, Team Management Systems Profiling or Wufoo (this list is not exhaustive and will change with business needs).

Why do we collect this information?
We collect this information for the specific activity/programme you are due to attend only. The information you provide is fundamental to the active participation in the activity/programme as well as to enhance your learning and development.

Who is collecting the data?
We use a number of third party cloud-based platforms and providers to collect and store your personal data. By submitting your details to one of these specific platforms, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to the particular platform for processing in accordance with their privacy policy and terms. Please refer to the specific details for each platform.

How we keep your personal data safe?
Your data will be stored by the particular third-party supplier as well as in our cloud-based system – Dropbox. We will retain your personal information on Dropbox for up to 2 years after which time it will be securely deleted.

The legal basis we rely on to use your information
Your data is collected under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests. This is the most efficient and effective means for People Untapped to collect this data from you in advance of the activity/programme you are due to attend. You will be required to agree to the terms of that specific provider prior to completing the survey.

What Information do we collect from you?
We may collect, store and process the following personal information;

Account Information: includes your name, e-mail address and self-assessment information provided by yourself or an authorised contact.

Additional User Information: We may also collect information that you provide to us when you answer e-mail surveys and online questionnaire offered through these services.

Your Comments and Communications: We collect information in any comments you post on these services. Any information you provide in these areas will be read, collected and used by us to prepare an individual or group confidential report.

Computer and Mobile Device Information: We collect information about how you access these platforms. We automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, mobile device or the proxy server that you use to access the internet, in addition to other technical information.

Use of Your Personal Information
We use your personal information to provide confidential individual and/or group reports as well as to improve, update and expand our services. This includes using your information for:

Providing Pre and Post learning intervention data on an individual and/or group basis in order to measure the effectiveness of learning

Providing relevant reports for specific training programmes

Your personal information will be shared with our approved partners ie. the Company we are working with on the particular activity/programme as well as the relevant associates linked to the programme on a confidential and secure basis.

Under the GDPR and Legitimate Interests legal basis you have the right to;

Right to be Forgotten/Data Erased
An individual can seek to have personal data that the Company holds on them erased, subject to certain conditions such as the data no longer being relevant to original purposes for processing, or where an individual has withdrawn their consent to processing that data

An individual can object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing, scientific or historical research, or statistical purposes. (Legitimate Interests)
